My Approach
Develop your body intelligence
The way that we use our body is based on what is happening inside ourselves in a subtle and mostly uncounscious level.
The work of a yogi is to develop multi-dimensional self awareness. Through practice, we learn to see concretely the link between tensions, postures, thoughts, beliefs, emotions and physiological mechanisms of the body. We learn to read our breath, our nervous system and all the little signs from moment to moment. This body self-knowledge allows us to rebalance ourselves on a daily basis in front of stress, pain, fatigue, digestion and much more.
The goal of my teaching is to make you autonomous in your yoga practice. In order to do so, we work to develop a body intelligence that will serve you as a compass on the mat and in life.
